Hi Marta, You made a great point about accountability in the workplace. I'm a Millennial, so I've always had my cellphone or smartphone with me at work. No one around me knew if I was on task or checking social media.

At one point, I had to turn my phone off and leave it in my purse because if it was in my sight or within reach, I couldn't resist checking it for updates.
